Prenatal 1:1 Training

Congrautlations! You are embarking on a journey of epic proportions.

Your body is evolving and changing daily. Pregnancy is incredible but for many it can be a crossroads when it comes to training.

What is safe and what isn’t? How do I know what tools to use and what to avoid? 

Prenatal specific training is the safest, most effective way to feel strong in your body as it changes from trimester to trimester. We will identify how best to support your body in pregnancy as well as prepare your body for labor and the birth of your child.

We will address your training systematically. The training is completely customized for you, your needs in pregnancy and most importantly your lifestyle.

Postpartum 1:1 Training

Congrautlations! You have shifted into a new chapter of life. This is a tender time of recovery and rediscovery of your body.

You may be asking yourself, what is this new body and how do I care for it? How do I safely return to movement?

For the woman coming back to exercise postpartum or starting from scratch as a newbie this is the safest, most effective way to feel strong again. We will identify your weak points, address them systematically all while enjoying your time in the gym or at home in your own space. This is completely customized for you, your needs in postpartum and most importantly your lifestyle. 

(Recommended for women 6+ weeks postpartum and beyond)

The Motherhood Athlete

This is where the magic happens!

You’re ready to support your active lifestyle with strength training so you can run, jump, leap, hop, skip, lift and hang with your kids. 

This program puts emphasis on the physical demands of motherhood. Mothers work as hard as professional athletes so why not train in the same way they do? This program uses a proven blend of traditional strength training, high intensity conditioning and steady state cardio to improve strength, power and overall make you a better motherhood athlete. We primarily use kettlebells and bodyweight as our tools in this program.
